Kuwait Government Scholarship 2023 | Fully Funded Eligibility Criteria

1. The graduation rate must be from high school (80% for scientific specialization and 85% for literary specialization).
2. The secondary school certificate must be recent and not more than two academic years old.
3. The age of the applicant should not exceed 25 years for the applicant and 35 years for the University of Kuwait, as evidenced by the birth certificate.
4. The applicant must be free from communicable diseases, injuries, accidents and disability.
5. If the applicant is a student, the applicant must be unmarried.
6. Priority for candidacy for Muslim minority countries.
